ANDREA LYNETTE CLEVINGER ANDERSON, 34 years of age of Maxie, VA, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at the Wellmont Bristol Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Born in Tazewell County, she was the daughter of Danny Clevinger, Prater, VA, and Velda Brown Ratliff, Maxie, VA. She was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a graduate of Grundy High School Class of 1995. She was employed at Dotson’s Drive Inn in Grundy.

She is survived by her Step-Father: Ralph “B.B.” Ratliff of Maxie, VA, 2-Sons: Cody Clevinger, Oakwood, VA, Austin Cole Anderson, Maxie, VA, 1-Brother: Jeremy and wife Amanda Ratliff, Sparta, NC, 2-Nieces: Cheyenne Ratliff, Sparta, NC, Layla Brown, Sparta, NC, 1-Nephew: Dalton Stiltner, Grundy, VA

Also, survived by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

She was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents: Howard and Katie Brown; Paternal Grandparents: Alex and Vertie A. Ratliff and Earl and Clestie Clevinger.

Funeral Services for ANDREA LYNETTE CLEVINGER ANDERSON will be conducted Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Evg. Raffael Farrow and Rev. Eddie Wilson officiating with burial to follow in the Mudlick Cemetery on Convict Hollow, Maxie, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Friday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Buck Ratliff, Rusty Ratliff, Chris Looney, Dickey John Looney, James Ratliff, Lundy Prater, Perry Allison and Chris Ratliff.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Matthew Allison, Dalton Stiltner, Joshua Looney and Jeff Justus.
