BETTY
ESTEP WAYNICK,
68 years of age of the Coon’s Branch Section of Grundy, VA, passed away
Monday, December 26, 2011 at her home following an extended illness. Born in
Buchanan County, she was the daughter of the late James and Nettie Church
Estep. She was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was of the
Holiness Faith. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and was a
wonderful homemaker. Betty was a former employee of Grundy Hospital and Dr.
Esteban.
Mrs. Waynick is
survived by her husband, Bill Gene Waynick, Grundy, VA, 3-Sons: Billy Joe
and wife Melanie Waynick, Hurley, VA, Jeffery Dewayne Waynick and fiancé
Trish Blankenship, Vansant, VA, James and wife Kelly Estep, Fenton, MI,
1-Sister: Ruby and husband Thurman Lester, Wolford, VA, 3-Brothers: Ervin
and wife Erlene Estep, Fenton, MI, Virgil and wife Caroline Estep, Fenton,
MI, Clyde Estep, Beckley, WV
Also, survived by
3-Grandchildren: Dustin Waynick, Shanice Justus and Peyton Crock.
She was preceded
in death by 1-Sister: Juanita Hurley; 3-Brothers: James Estep Jr., Cecil
Estep and Amos Estep.
Funeral Services for
BETTY ESTEP WAYNICK will be
conducted Friday, December 30, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Kelsa Freewill
Baptist Church with Ministers: Ronnie Hurley and Ervin Hurley officiating
with burial to follow in the Estep Cemetery on Swan’s Fork near Paw Paw, VA.
Friends may call
at the Kelsa Freewill Baptist Church Wednesday afternoon at 5:00 P.M with
services Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M.
