DONALD BLYNN RAMEY, 60 years of age of the Boyd’s Ridge Section of Vansant, VA, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010 at his home following an extended illness. Born in Logan County, WV, he was the son of the late Clinton and Ora Cline Ramey. He was a resident of Buchanan County most of his life. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and was a retired Employee of Consolidated Coal Company.

Mr. Ramey is survived by his wife: Molly Loraine Yates Ramey, Vansant, VA, 2-Daughters: Tammy Durant, Virginia Beach, VA, Pamela and husband Timothy Looney, Grundy, VA, 1-Son: Donald Glenn Ramey, U.S. Army, Eagle River, AK, 3-Sisters: Ruth and husband Jack Perry, Paintsville, KY, Linda and husband Bill Hunt, St. Albans, WV, Loretta and husband Bill Runyon, Logan, WV, 5-Brothers: Von and wife Geneva Ramey, Logan, WV, Larry and wife Sharon Ramey, Logan, WV, Joseph Ramey, Logan, WV, Dale and wife Sue Ramey, Logan, WV, David and wife Sherry Ramey, Logan, WV

Also, survived by 6-Grandchildren, 1-Great-Grandchild and several Nieces and Nephews.

Memorial Services for DONALD BLYNN RAMEY will be conducted Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the Little Freedom Old Regular Baptist Church on Deskins, Vansant, VA, with Elders: Bill Campbell and Billy Campbell officiating.

Friends may call at the Little Freedom Old Regular Baptist Church on Deskins, Vansant, VA, Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.
