EDITH T. MULLINS CRAFT,
78 years of age of Mouthcard, KY passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2008, in
Mountain View Health Care Center, Elkhorn City, KY. following an extended
illness, Born in Buchanan County, VA she was a daughter of the late Marion and
Florence Belcher Mullins. She lived in Buchanan County most of her life before
moving to the Pike County, KY area and was a member of Big Rock Church of
Christ. She was a devoted Wife, loving Mother, Grandmother and was an avid
Ralph Stanley fan.
Mrs. Craft was preceded in
death by her husband: Rufus Craft, Sr. – January 8, 1988.
She is survived by
1-Daughter: Lynn Skeens, Mouthcard, KY, 3-Sons: Donnie Edward Craft, Clinchco,
VA, James Kelly and wife Debbie Craft, Big Rock, VA, Rufus Craft, Jr., Mouthcard,
KY, 1-Special Friend, Melanie Keene, Vansant, VA, 1-Sister: Hazel Stiltner, Big
Rock, VA, 8 - Grandchildren: Donna Lynn Williams, Marsha Jean Hunt, Amy Nicole
Hess, James Kelly Craft, Jr., Angela Dawn Craft, Ashley Yvonne Craft, Miranda
Pauline Elswick
Also survived by 11-Great
Grand Children, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death
by: 2-Brothers: Chester Mullins and Clell Mullins, 1-Sister: June Williamson,
and 1-Grandson: Edward Allen “Bubby” Skeens – January 20, 1996..
Funeral Services for EDITH
T. MULLINS CRAFT will be conducted Sunday, August 31, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at
Big Rock Church of Christ with Evg. Sam Casebolt and Evg. Willard Woods
officiating with burial to follow in Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock,
VA.
Friends may call at the Big
Rock Church of Christ Friday and Saturday evenings at 6:00 P.M. with services at
7:00 P.M.
Active Pallbearers will be
John Elswick, Dennis Scarberry, John D. Kennedy, Larry Taylor, Tommy Slone,
Marty Johnson, and Jimmy Hess.
Honorary Pallbearers will
be: Members of the Big Rock Church of Christ and the 4th Floor Nursing Staff at
