
FRED C. VIERS,
74 years of age, of Haysi,
VA passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008, from injuries sustained in an
automobile accident near Haysi, VA. Born in Dickenson County he was a son of
the late Jesse and Sarah Alice Viers. He was a life-long resident of Buchanan
and Dickenson Counties and was of the Protestant Faith. He was a retired
employee from Jewell Coal and Coke Corporation and was a member of The Virginia
Square Dancers.
Mr. Viers was preceded in
death by his wife: Beulah Ann Owens Viers – Nov. 4, 1997
He is survived by

C. VIERS will be conducted Friday, August 29, 2008, at 11:00 AM at the
Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Evg. Mike Rife and Minister Wade McGeorge
officiating with burial to follow in Green Hill Memory Gardens, Claypool Hill,
VA
