GREGORY MARK (BOOMER) DOTSON II, 17 years of age of the Lester’s Fork Section of Grundy, VA, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at the Buchanan General Hospital from injuries sustained in an Automobile Accident. Born in Tazewell County, VA, he was the son of Gregory Mark and Pattie Mazie Blankenship Dotson, Hurley, VA. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was of the Church of God faith.

Mr. Dotson is survived by his parents: Gregory Mark and Pattie Mazie Blankenship Dotson of Hurley, VA, 3-Sisters: Patty Louann Dotson, Hurley, VA, Cheryl Lynn Dotson, Hurley, VA, Tonya Lynn Blankenship, Hurley, VA, Paternal Grandparents: Texas and Opal Rash, Rural Retreat, VA, Maternal Grandfather: James Blankenship, Grundy, VA

Also, survived by several Aunts and Uncles.

Funeral Services for GREGORY MARK (BOOMER) DOTSON II will be conducted Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Word Evangelistic Outreach Church, Wolford, VA, with Revs. Darrell Davis and David Cline officiating with burial to follow in the Blankenship, Dotson & Justus Cemetery on Lester’s Fork, near Hurley, VA.

Friends may call at the Word Evangelistic Outreach Church, Wolford, VA, Thursday afternoon at 5:00 P.M. with services Thursday and Friday evenings at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be: T.J. Harmon, Chris (Peck) Stacy, Matt Stacy, B.J. Justus, Shane Shelton and Dakota Gibbs.
