HARLEY RICHARD JUSTICE, 54 years of age of Oakwood, VA, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at the Clinch Valley Medical Center, Richlands, VA, following an extended illness. Born in Buchanan County, he was the son of the late Daniel Richard and Elsie Violet Stiltner Justice. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a member of Robinson Fork Pentecostal Church. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and was a Disabled Coal Miner.

Mr. Justice is survived by his wife: Birtha Ratliff Justice, Taylorsville, NC, 3-Sons: Harley Daniel Justice, Oakwood, VA, Richard Irlan and wife Ashley Nicole Justice, Vansant, VA, Matthew Leon and wife Kimberly Dale Justice, Doran, VA, 4-Sisters: Peggy Ann and husband Allen Clay Meadows, Mavisdale, VA, Carolyn Fay and husband Roger Baldwin, Lebanon, VA, Lynda Kay and husband Elbert Lester, Vansant, VA, Loretta Jane and husband William David Gray, Oakwood, VA, 7-Brothers: Roger and wife Shelvy Justice, Keen Mountain, VA, Jerry Justice, Mavisdale, VA, Larry and wife Barbara Justice, Mavisdale, VA, Rickey Justice, Grundy, VA, David and wife Barbara Justice, Grundy, VA, Jimmy and wife Virginia Justice, Oakwood, VA, Darrell and wife Angie Justice, Grundy, VA

Also, survived by 4-Grandchildren: Adam Reed Justice, Seth Hunter Justice, Dominick Leon Justice, Gabrial Blake Justice and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by 1-Brother: Ray Veen Justice.

Funeral Services for HARLEY RICHARD JUSTICE will be conducted Friday, October 2, 2009 at 12:00 Noon at the Deliverance Tabernacle, Patterson, VA, with Ministers: Frank Blankenship, Jerry Matney, Michael Justice and Tommy Deel officiating with burial to follow at the Justice Family Cemetery on Ballenger Road, Page, VA.

Friends may call at the Deliverance Tabernacle, Patterson, VA, Wednesday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M.
