HAROLD BENTON “JAKE” STILTNER, 33 years of age of Grundy, VA, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2009. Born in Tazewell County, he was the son of Harold Stiltner, St. Charles, VA, and the late Edith Miller Stiltner. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a loving father and was a General Manager and Paramedic with Rescue 33 located in Grundy, VA.

He was preceded in death by his mother: Edith Miller Stiltner, 2001.

Mr. Stiltner is survived by his Father: Harold Stiltner, St. Charles, VA, his fiancé: Tammy Horn, Grundy, VA, 1-Daughter: Jenna Stiltner of the Home, 1-Son: William Stiltner, Maxie, VA, 5-Sisters: Kathy Dales, Tulsa, OK, Betty and husband Chris Robertson, Tulsa, OK, Judy and husband Wayne Elswick, Vansant, VA, Paula and husband Bill Coleman, Vansant, VA, Donna Layne, Oakwood, VA

Funeral Services for HAROLD BENTON “JAKE” STILTNER will be conducted Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dean Powers officiating with burial to follow in Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday afternoon at 5:00 P.M.
