JAY B. CLINE, 80 years of age of Grundy, VA, passed away Friday, August 6, 2010 at  Heritage Hall Nursing Home following an extended illness. Born in McDowell County, WV, he was the son of the late Compton and Rose B. Mounts Cline. He was a resident of Buchanan County most of his life and was employed as a General Laborer and was of the Baptist Faith.

 Mr. Cline is survived by: 2-Sisters: Mary Cline Griffey, Grundy, VA, Elizabeth Lester, Milford, OH;     1-Brother:Norman Cline, Grundy, VA.  Also, survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great-nephews.  

He was preceded in death by 1-Sister Juanita Webb.

Funeral Services for JAY B. CLINE will be conducted Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Evg. Clyde George and Gerald Vanover officiating with burial to following Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday evening, August 8, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. with services on Sunday and Monday evenings at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Hassell Griffey, Shannon Griffey, Billy Joe Yates, Greg Clevinger, Billy Keen, David Blankenship, Marty Keen, Timmy Griffey, Teddy Cline, Stanley Cline, Jimmy Cline, Alan Cline, Steve Lester, Stewart Lester.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. D. Patel, Dr. H. Patel, A. D. Rife, Jerry Hodge, Bobby Justus, Gregg Wallace, and the Staff of Heritage Hall Nursing Home.
