JEAN MARRS JUSTICE, 76 years of age of Hurley, VA, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2009 at her home following an extended illness. Born in Pike County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Emma Raines Marrs. She was a resident of Buchanan County most of her life and was a member of the House of Prayer. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, wonderful Homemaker and the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Mrs. Justice was preceded in death by her husband: Lois D. Justice, December 1, 1979.

She is survived by 2-Daughters: Rhonda and husband Ted Lester, Hurley, VA, Robin and husband Terry Hurley, Hurley, VA, 1-Son: Terry and wife Susie Justice, Lincolnton, NC, 8-Grandchildren: Caleb Justice, Lincolnton, NC, Alysia Justice, Lincolnton, NC, Tracy Bailey, Hurley, VA, Kari Lester, Hurley, VA, Dakota Hurley, Hurley, VA, Zackary Hurley, Hurley, VA, Alexis Hurley, Hurley, VA, Natacha Justice, Wytheville, VA

Also, survived by 5-Great-Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by 2-Sons: Ricky and Ronald Justice; 3-Sisters: Janice Justice, Mildred Branham and Bessie Klugh; and 5-Brothers: James Marrs, Paul Marrs, Arthur Coleman, Earl Coleman and Ralph Coleman.

Funeral Services for JEAN MARRS JUSTICE will be conducted Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Raymond Lester officiating with burial to follow in Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Monday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M. 

Active Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Vish and Staff.
