JENNIFER LEIGH RIFE, 31 years of age of Hurley, VA, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at the Buchanan General Hospital following an extended illness. Born in Pike County, KY, she was the daughter of Larry Gene and Linda Sue Hurley Rife. She was a resident of Buchanan County most of her life and was a member of Stopover Freewill Baptist Church. She was a 1997 Graduate of Hurley High School and a 2000 Graduate of Southwest Virginia Community College.

She is survived by her parents, Larry Gene and Linda Sue Hurley Rife, Hurley, VA, 1-Sister: Sonya Nichole Dotson, Phelps, KY, 2-Nephews: Jacob Tyler Dotson, Phelps, KY, Tayton McKinley Reid, Phelps, KY, Maternal Grandfather: Burnis Hurley, Hurley, VA

Also, survived by several Aunts and Uncles.

She was preceded in death by Maternal Grandmother: Fronia Dotson Hurley; Paternal Grandparents: Mary and Hobert Rife; 1-Aunt: Kathy Charles; and 3-Uncles: Joe Rife, James Rife and Don Hurley.

Funeral Services for JENNIFER LEIGH RIFE will be conducted Sunday, August 22, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Stopover Freewill Baptist Church, Stopover, KY, with Revs. Otis Blankenship, Harold Layne, Freddie Coleman and Tommy Conn officiating with entombment to follow in Mountain Rest Mausoleum, Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Stopover Freewill Baptist Church, Stopover, KY, Friday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Justin Hurley, Cody Bevins, Harold Bevins, Jr., Stevie Hurley, Danny Rife and Ricky Bevins.
