JEREMIAH TOY MEADOWS, infant child of Francis Heath and Laura Nicole Meadows of Mavisdale, Virginia, passed away Monday, February 7, 2011 at the Johnson City Medical Center four days after birth.  Born in Washington, County, TN. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by One brother, Isaac Antonio Meadows, Mavisdale, VA, Maternal Grandparents, Tommy and Donna Clemons, Bluefield, WV, Paternal Grandparents, Allen Clay and Peggy Meadows, Mavisdale, VA, Paternal Great Grandmother, Roxie Meadows, Claremont, NC

He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by two brothers – Alexander Heath Meadows and Isaiah Dean Meadows; one sister – Sierra Louisa Meadows and his Maternal grandmother – Nancy Jean Wilson.

Funeral services for JEREMIAH TOY MEADOWS will be conducted Friday, February 11, 2011 at the Deliverance Tabernacle on Patterson Road with Rev. Jerry Matney officiating with burial to follow in the Whitt Cemetery on Drill Mountain, Virginia.

Friends may call at the Deliverance Tabernacle after 5:00 P.M. Wednesday with services Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M.

Active pallbearers will be Jason Meadows and MacKenzie Meadows.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Renda Knapp, Doctors and Staff of the NICU at the Johnson City Medical Center and the Doctors and Staff of the Women’s Health Center of the Johnson City Medical Center.
