JIMMY CHRISTIAN 50 years of age of Wolford, VA passed away Saturday, December 6, 2008, at Buchanan General Hospital Grundy, VA follow an extended illness.  Born in Buchanan County, he was a son of the late Alfred C. and Ethel Stacy Christian.  He was a life-long resident of Buchanan County, a wonderful brother and was a friend to all who knew him.

Mr. Christian was preceded in death by his parents Alfred C. and Ethel Stacy Christian and 1-Sister Mary Ethel Christian.

He is survived by 5-Sisters: Betty and Husband: Donnie Bell, Grundy, VA, Pam and Husband: Bill McCoy, Grundy, VA, Kathy and Husband: Donald Hurley, Grundy, VA, Ruthy and Husband: Leo Ward, Paynesville, WV, Lois and Husband: George Spencer, Grundy, VA, 7-Brothers: Ted and Wife Sue Christian, Grundy, VA, Boe Christian, Grundy, VA, Jack and Wife: Gladys Christian, Sophia, WV, Don and Wife: Brenda Christian, Patrick Springs, VA, Mickey Christian, Patrick Springs, VA, Tony and Wife: Michelle Christian, Grundy, VA, Danny Christian, Grundy, VA

Funeral Services for JIMMY CHRISTIAN will be conducted Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at North Springs Old Regular Baptist Church, Wolford, VA, with Elders: Josh Jr. Justus, Danny Hurley, James Stacy, Danny C. Justus, Danny McCoy and Gary Justus officiating with burial to follow in the Wolford Cemetery, Wolford, VA

Friends may call at North Springs Old Regular Baptist Church Monday afternoon at 4:00 P.M. with Services Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7:00 P.M.
