KEITH SALMONS, 27 years of age of Hurley, VA, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the Buchanan General Hospital. Born in Buchanan County, he was the son of Sandra Kay Gibson Salmons, White Sulphur Springs, WV, and the late James Dennis Salmons. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County, of the Regular Baptist faith and was a Timberman. He was a graduate of Hurley High School Class of 1999.

Mr. Salmons is survived by his mother: Sandra Kay Gibson Salmons, White Sulphur Springs, WV, 1-Sister:  Cassandra Lynn Salmons, Hurley, VA, 1-Brother: James Lelin Salmons, Warm Springs, VA, Maternal Grandmother: Dolly Gibson, Warm Springs, VA, Paternal Grandmother: Delphia Salmons, Hurley, VA, 1-Nephew: Jonah Nathaniel Salmons, Marlington, WV

He was preceded 1-Nephew: Samuel Salmons, Maternal Grandfather: Isaiah Gibson and Paternal Grandfather: Miles B. Salmons. 

Funeral Services for KEITH SALMONS will be conducted Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the North Springs Old Regular Baptist Church, Hurley, VA, with Elders: Roger Coleman, Jerry Overstreet, James Stacy, Bill McCoy and Dave Gibson officiating with burial to follow in the Blankenship Family Cemetery, Hurley, VA.

Friends may call at the North Springs Old Regular Baptist Church, Hurley, VA, Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 P.M. with services Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Don Gibson, Isaiah Jr. Gibson, David Blankenship, Steve Baker, B.J. Salmons, Paul Jr. Smith, Ronnie Blankenship and Josh Hackney.
