KIMBERLY RENEE JUSTUS, 39 years of age of Pikeville, KY, formerly of Buchanan County, passed away May 28, 2009. Born in Richlands, VA, November 9, 1969, she was the daughter of Christine Blankenship Justus of Wolford, VA, and the late Eugene Justus. Kim was a resident of Buchanan County most of her life living in the Hurley area and was a graduate of Hurley High School class of 1987.

In addition to her Mother, Christine Blankenship Justus, Wolford, VA, she is survived by one brother, Chris Justus and wife Dondra of Abingdon, VA, Special friend: Chris Meade, Pikeville, KY, 6-Aunts: Jenny Gibson, Tazewell, VA, Mrs. Cecil (Betty) McClanahan, Oakwood, VA, Mrs. Joshua (Easter) Justus Jr., Hurley, VA, Anita Anderson, Vansant, VA, Mrs. Tom (Bonnie) Bower, Hurley, VA, Mrs. Curt (Deloris) Justus, Augusta, GA, 2-Uncles: Ray Blankenship, Elkton, MD, Bobby Justus, Hurley, VA

In addition to her Father, Eugene Justus, she was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Henry and Burchie Justus of Hurley, VA, and Maternal Grandparents, Clell and Lottie Blankenship of Wolford, VA.

Kim’s life was surrounded in abundance with many loving friends. Self employed as a Nail Technician, her talent and passion was sharing her beauty with others.

Funeral Services for KIMBERLY RENEE JUSTUS will be conducted Monday, June 1, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Lane and Evg. Mike Rife officiating with burial to follow in Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Sunday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Brian Davis, David Brown, Mark Cooper, Todd Davis, Mark Hackney, William Justus, Jeff Tester, Dewey Endicott and Randy Meade.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Hurley High School Class of 1987.
