LETHA MARIE BURGESS BEVINS, 74 years of age of Mouth Card, KY, passed away Monday, October 19, 2009 at her home following an extended illness. Born in Charleston, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harman and Hester Perdue Burgess. She was a member of the State Line Pentecostal Church. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and was a wonderful homemaker.

Mrs. Bevins was preceded in death by her husband: Woodrow Wilson Bevins.

She is survived by 3-Daughters: Jackalene and husband Kenny Deel, Grundy, VA, Polly Reynolds, Bristol, VA, Doshia Fitzwater, Mouth Card, KY, 3-Sons: Lloyd Bevins, Mouth Card, KY, Charlie Hackney, Mouth Card, KY, Michael and wife Vickie Michaels, Sylvester, WV, 2-Brothers: Delbert and wife Candy Burgess, Mouth Card, KY, Franklin D. Burgess, Mouth Card, KY

Also, survived by 24-Grandchildren and several Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 1-Son: Junior Bevins.

Funeral Services for LETHA MARIE BURGESS BEVINS will be conducted Friday, October 23, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the State Line Pentecostal Church, near Mouth Card, KY, with Rev. Jessie Taylor and Edgar Mullins officiating with burial to follow in the Flanery Cemetery, Mouth Card, KY.

Friends may call at the State Line Pentecostal Church Wednesday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M.
