LISA L. FITZWATER, 28 years of age and her unborn son, Nicholas, of Wellston, OH, formerly of Buchanan County, was tragically taken from this life, Friday, August 26, 2011, as a result of a fire at her family’s home. Born in Grundy, VA, she was the daughter of Wallace E. Fitzwater, Wellston, OH, and the late Donna J. Fitzwater. She was a graduate of Wellston High School Class of 2002 and was a Homemaker.

Lisa is survived by her father, Wallace E. Fitzwater, Wellston, OH, Maternal Grandmother: Nell Fern Thompson Hicks, 1-Son: Dakota L. Fitzwater, Wellston, OH, 3-Brothers: Wallace H. Fitzwater, II, Wellston, OH, Jamie L. Short, Raven, VA, Okey W. Fitzwater, Wellston, OH, 2-Sisters: Cassie M. and husband Edward Byrd, Raven, VA, Brandi Fitzwater, Wellston, OH

Also, survived by 1-Nephew: Wallace Fitzwater III, and Special Friends: Casey Good, Jessica Patton and Several Cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Jean Hicks, March 24, 2001.

Visitation Services for LISA L. FITZWATER were conducted Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the Huntley & Cremeens Funeral Home in Wellston, OH, with Funeral Services to be conducted Friday, September 2, 2011 at the Fountain of Life Pentecostal Holiness Church, Vansant, VA, with Pastor Luther Bowman officiating with burial to follow in the Baldwin Mountain Cemetery on Baldwin Mountain, Vansant, VA.
