MACK ARTHER (PICKLE MAN) JUSTUS, 57 years of age of the Davis Fork area of Grundy, VA, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2008 at the Buchanan General Hospital following an extended illness. Born in Buchanan County, he was the son of the late Ellis Henry and Louella Lula Davis Justus. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a member of the Kelsa Church of Christ. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and was a Coal Truck Operator.

Mr. Justus is survived by his wife: Cherokee Miah Cline Justus, Grundy, VA, 3-Daughters: Rhonda Justus, Bluefield, WV, Wanda and husband Shea Frazier, Richlands, VA, Margaret C. and husband Russell L. Blankenship, Oakwood, VA, 2-Sisters: Carol and husband Jerry Matney, Grundy, VA, Joan and husband Jack Charles, Hurley, VA, 2-Brothers: John H. Justus, Hurley, VA, Bobby and wife Rosemary Justus, Grundy, VA

Also, survived by 3-Grandchildren: Madison Elizabeth Blankenship, Adrianna Elise Blankenship and Gwinn Mackenzie Frazier. 

He was preceded in death by 6-Sisters and 2-Brothers.

Funeral Services for MACK ARTHER (PICKLE MAN) JUSTUS will be conducted Thursday, November 27, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kelsa Church of Christ with Evgs. Vernor Blankenship and Steve Dawson officiating with burial to follow in the Justus Family Cemetery on Davis Fork, near Hurley, VA.

Friends may call at the Kelsa Church of Christ, Kelsa, VA, Tuesday afternoon at 5:00 P.M. with services Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Nephews.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Belcher, Dr. Eric Goss and Danny Whitt.
