MICHAEL CANTRELL, 57 years of age of the Hunts Fork Section of Hurley, VA, passed away Friday, December 30, 2011 at his home. Born in Buchanan County, he was the son of Danny and Cora Dotson Cantrell, Hurley, VA. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and attended Jesus Tabernacle at Feds Creek, KY. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and was a Fork Lift Operator for a Steel Mill.

Mr. Cantrell is survived by his wife, Lily Estep Cantrell, Hurley, VA, His parents: Danny and Cora Dotson Cantrell, Hurley, VA, 1-Daughter: Sarend Cantrell, New York, 3-Step-Children: Cindy Beason, Jacksonville, NC, Terry Hommell, Scottsdale, AZ, Samantha O’Quinn, Roanoke, VA, 4-Sisters: Pearl New, Vansant, VA, Opal and husband Gary Neal, Front Royal, VA, Rosie and husband Greg Tate, Haysi, VA, Karen Stiltner, Hurley, VA, 1-Brother: Ronnie Cantrell, Conaway, VA

Also, survived by 12-Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services for MICHAEL CANTRELL will be conducted Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Hobert McCoy officiating with burial to follow in Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Monday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be his fellow Motor Cycle Riders.
