PATRICIA “SISSY” ANN DALES DELPH, 51 years of age of Radford, VA, formerly of Buchanan County, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009 at her home following an extended illness. Born in Buchanan County, she was the daughter of the late Jimmy Dales and Ann Clevinger Dales Stiltner.  She was a manager at Walmart.  She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother.

 Mrs. Delph is survived by her husband:  Jerry Delph of Radford, VA; 1-Daughter: Tracie Stout,      Radford, VA; 2-Sons:  Shawn and Wife Amber Delph  Dublin, VA; Chris and Wife Sara Delph, Virginia Beach, VA; 2-Sisters: Karen Dales, Harman, VA; Rayetta Stiltner , Bristol, VA; 2-Brothers:     Tony Dales, Grundy, VA; Brian Stiltner, Grundy, VA; 1- Granddaughter: Morgan Delph; 4-Grandsons: Dylan Delph, Logan Delph, Hagan Delph, and Ryan Stout.  She was also survived by several nieces and nephews and several close friends.

 In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brother Steve Dales.

Funeral Services for PATRICIA ANN DALES DELPH were conducted Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, VA with burial following in the Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Dublin, VA. 

A Memorial Service for PATRICIA “SISSY” ANN DALES DELPH will be conducted Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 5:00 P.M. at the Bethlehem Old Regular Baptist Church #1 on Poplar Creek, Grundy, VA with Elder Frank Newsome officiating.
