
PEARL SEAL
MULLINS COLEMAN,
68 years of
age of the Hunts Fork Section of Hurley, VA, passed away Monday, April 4, 2011
at the Buchanan General Hospital following an extended illness. Born in Buchanan
County, she was the daughter of the late William and Tillie Whitt Mullins. She
was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a member of the Freewill
Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother,
great-grandmother and was a wonderful homemaker.
Mrs. Coleman
is survived by her husband, Hansel Coleman, Hurley, VA, 3-Daughters: Haley and
husband Robert Harris, Richlands, VA, Sandy Kay and husband Bobby Bautista,
Dante, VA, Charlene and husband Michael Anthony Lester, Hurley, VA, 1-Son:
Robert Hansel Coleman and fiancé Wanda Lynn Dotson, Guin, AL, 1-Sister: Liza
Scarberry, Cliffield, VA, 2-Brothers: Fleming and wife Roxie Mullins, Hurley,
VA, Dave and wife Josephine Mullins, Hurley, VA
Also,
survived by 12-Grandchildren, 1-Great-Granddaughter, and several Nieces and
Nephews.
She was
preceded in death by 4-Sisters: Mary Blankenship, Susie Blankenship, Maggie
Hurley and Florence Tester, 2-Half-Sisters: Marcie and Larcie Whitt and
2-Half-Brothers: Tom and Jake Mullins.
Funeral
Services for PEARL SEAL MULLINS COLEMAN will be conducted Thursday, April
7, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Jackson’s Chapel, Kelsa, VA, with Ministers: Joe
Jackson, Scotty Coleman and Burlin Wolford officiating with burial to follow in
the William Mullins Cemetery in Floyd County, Hi Hat, Kentucky.
Friends may
call at the Jackson’s Chapel, Kelsa, VA, Tuesday afternoon at 5:00 P.M. with
services Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 P.M.
Active
Pallbearers will be Brandon West, Jeremy Davis, Dakota Davis, Scotty Coleman,
Robert Harris, Michael Lester, Robert Coleman, Glen Elwood Murrah and Harold
Dotson.
