ROSA JANE DEEL COLEMAN, 63 years of age of Birchleaf, VA, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the Buchanan General Hospital following an extended illness. Born in Dickenson County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Cora Jane Deel. She was a resident of Dickenson County most of her life and was a member of the Russell Prater Old Regular Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and was a wonderful homemaker.

Mrs. Coleman is survived by her husband, Richard David Coleman, Birchleaf, VA, 3-Sons: Kenny David Coleman, Birchleaf, VA, Gregory Allen Coleman, Birchleaf, VA, Richard Douglas Coleman, Birchleaf, VA, 4-Brothers: Ronald Deel, Haysi, VA, Chester Deel, Haysi, VA, David and wife Geraldine Deel, Haysi, VA, Earnest Deel, Haysi, VA

Also, survived by 5-Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by 3-Brothers: Paul Deel, Jessie Deel and Carter Deel.

Funeral Services for ROSA JANE DEEL COLEMAN will be conducted Friday, December 3, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Russell Prater Old Regular Baptist Church, Prater, VA, with Elders: Andy Deel, Denny Deel and Roger Coleman officiating with burial to follow in Conaway Cemetery on Rakes Ridge near Haysi, VA.

Friends may call at the Russell Prater Old Regular Baptist Church, Prater, VA, Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 P.M. with services Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M.
