SIERRA LOUISE MEADOWS, 23 days old, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2008 at the Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, TN, following a brief illness. Born in Tazewell County, VA, she was the daughter of Francis Heath and Laura Clemons Meadows of Mavisdale, VA.

Sierra is survived by her parents: Francis Heath and Laura Clemons Meadows of Mavisdale, VA, 1-Brother:  Isaac Meadows of the Home, Maternal Grandfather: Thomas Clemons, Bluefield, WV, Paternal Grandparents: Clay & Peggy Meadows, Mavisdale, VA

Also, survived by 7-Aunts and 9-Uncles.

She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandmother: Nancy Wilson and 3-Brothers.

Funeral Services for SIERRA LOUISE MEADOWS will be conducted Sunday, July 27, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at the Deliverance Tabernacle Church, Patterson, VA, with Rev. Jerry Matney officiating with burial to follow in the Whitt Cemetery on Drill Mountain, near Rowe, VA.

Friends may call at the Deliverance Tabernacle Church, Patterson, VA, Friday afternoon at 5:00 P.M. with services Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Clay and Peggy Meadows.
