TOM AUTRY O’QUINN, 71 years of age of the Slate Creek Section of Grundy, VA, passed away Monday, November 30, 2009 at the Buchanan General Hospital following an extended illness. Born in Buchanan County, he was the son of the late William Birtie and Maudie Allen Owens O’Quinn. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a disabled Coal Miner.

Mr. O’Quinn is survived by 2-Sons: Tommy O’Quinn and David O’Quinn, 4-Sisters: May O’Quinn, West Virginia, Ruby E. O’Quinn, Oregon, Patty O’Quinn, Buckeye Lake, OH, Bertha and husband Earnest Mullins, Buckeye Lake, OH, 4-Brothers: E.E. “Red” O’Quinn, Jolo, WV, Albert Earl O’Quinn, Romney, WV, Henry O’Quinn, Bradshaw, WV, James O’Quinn, Buckeye Lake, OH

Also, survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by Brothers and Sisters: Carmel O’Quinn, Claude A. O’Quinn, Trula Gaye O’Quinn, Junior O’Quinn and Margaret O’Quinn.

Graveside Service for TOM AUTRY O’QUINN will be conducted Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the O’Quinn Family Cemetery, Jolo, WV, with Evg. William L. Neeley officiating with burial to follow.
